The underground parking was such a convenience, especially since it can be difficult to find parking in the area. The staff at the front desk were helpful and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with regular sheet and blanket changes. The A/C worked well, and the beds were very comfy. The fast and reliable wifi and smart TV were added bonuses. I also appreciated the wide and properly marked parking spots in the underground parking.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The bathroom had a bad smell, but this seems to be a common issue in many hotels.

the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the modern and clean rooms had a great vibe to them, and we especially loved the underground parking, which took away the worry of finding a parking spot. the included breakfast was surprisingly good, with fresh omelettes made to order. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and they even accommodated our late checkout and allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot. the best part of the hotel was the amazing staff. The beds in this hotel room were incredibly comfortable, which made my business trip a lot more restful. The view from the room was also stunning, especially at night when I could see the lights of the city. the location was very convenient for me as it was close to the city bus stop and a few good restaurants.

The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low which made showering a bit frustrating. , as my room faced the busy street, the traffic noise was quite loud even with the windows closed.
